Grab your cowboy hats and boots for a Western-themed Bingo Night for the whole family! Join us for a rip-roaring good time filled with fun, prizes, and plenty of cowboy spirit. Scoot on over to Pennekamp Field on Friday, September 27th.

$15/Bingo Player - Includes a 5-sheet bingo pack and stamper
$5 Additional Bingo Sheet - if you want to play more than one bingo sheet at a time
$10 7” Fresh Brothers Personal Pizzas - cheese, pepperoni, veggie, and gluten-free available. All pizza must be pre-purchased.
EVENT TIMING:
4:30-5:30pm - Eat, mingle, set-up your picnic blanket, and check out the booths
5:30-7:00pm - Bingo Fun!
THEME/ATTIRE:
Western Theme - Dress the theme or come as you’re most comfortable. Prizes will be awarded for costumes!
VOLUNTEER TO HELP:
CLICK HERE to sign-up for a volunteer slot. We need all hands on deck to make this a successful event! High school and Middle schools will receive a free pizza for volunteering.
WILL CALL:
Bingo packs & pizza tickets will be distributed at the will call table upon arrival.
FOOD/DRINK OPTIONS:
Pizza - available by PRE-PURCHASE ONLY. Food will not be available to purchase at the event.
Drinks/Treats - 5th Grade Committee will be selling drinks and treats. BRING CASH! They will also accept Venmo, but sometimes the service is bad on the field.
Water Station - to help reduce plastic, there will be a water station to fill reusable water bottles.
